“Extreme Clean Up: Handling a Hoarding Dilemma”

This class is geared towards insurance agents, but may be
helpful for anyone dealing with a hoarding problem.

Learn how to identify and assist hoarders, and learn how to
handle the loss properly when a hoarder is involved. Understand
the impact on the claims process, claims cost, and concerns
that arise when this type of loss is encountered.

The mental challenges the hoarder overcomes during a cleanup
are much bigger than the cleaning process. We’re not simply
getting rid of the extra “stuff”, but pieces of their lives,
and we need to be understanding. Current psychological
explanations of hoarding will be discussed.

  2. Attend Public Speaking Seminar

    When: June
    7, 2016
    Time: 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
    Cost: Free
