This class is geared towards insurance agents, but check out the description and see it if sounds helpful.
Learn how to identify and assist hoarders, and learn how to handle the loss properly when a hoarder is involved. Understand the impact on the claims process, claims cost, and concerns that arise when this type of loss is encountered.

Matt Paxton will be speaking to help people gain an “understanding of hoarding and how to effectively communicate with hoarders.” Paxton’s goal is to create awareness while providing necessary tools to help address the hoarding problem across the nation. Training hundreds of people to do the same job he did helps provide hoarders with the opportunities to receive safe, effective help.
