ServiceMaster of Kalamazoo has been serving the greater Kalamazoo area since 1953. In 1981, Tom and Cindy Little saw an opportunity to help serve their neighbors and help their community. The principles of ServiceMaster have been implemented since day one, and those are (1) to help people develop (2) to excel with customers (3) to grow profitably, and most importantly, (4) to honor God in all we do. Now, we celebrate 35 years of serving the community, and these principles still drive the company.

Starting ServiceMaster of Kalamazoo

This business started out of their home, off West Main, and then moved into a small office on Ravine Rd. Through dedication of the services provided, and the quality of work that is hard to beat, ServiceMaster soon outgrew their roots and built a brand new facility to help with the increase in demand. In 2004, they broke ground on a 10,000 sq. ft. facility right across the street, including warehousing and office space.

Word of Mouth

With a minimal investment in traditional advertising, the company has grown off referrals and word of mouth, making ServiceMaster very reputable. ServiceMaster of Kalamazoo is a cleaning and restoration company in Southwest Michigan. They provide a wide variety of services for both home and business with certified technicians. They clean everything from carpets to hoarding and estate cleanups. Other services include:


Developing People

They provide employment opportunities from entry-level positions to upper management in the Kalamazoo area. ServiceMaster has been adamant about developing employees during the last 60+ years. Tom, and his wife Cindy, believe in hiring motivated people and developing them both personally and professionally. Instilling the importance of being a leader over being a boss, Tom and his team encourage individuals to grow, learn, and be a part of their ServiceMaster “family”.
