  1. Apply the stripper (cleaner that is used in mop bucket)

  2. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes (letting dwell: letting the cleaner sit on the floor in order to break down the dirt, grease, and grime)

  3. Use Roto machine to scrub floors (professional use recommended)

  4. Edging by hand to miss any hard to reach spots

  5. Wet vac all stripper

  6. Neutralize the floor with citric acid base product

  7. Wet vac the neutralizer

  8. Mop and wet vac again

  9. Use air movers to dry floors completely (high efficiency and high power fans low to the floor)

  10. We dry dust mop the floor

  11. Apply three layers of finish and we are done! Protecting the floor
