We’re Prepared

We are trained in the psychology of different traumas and certified for proper cleaning. Communicating effectively is essential, but cleaning is our top priority. Many bio-hazardous situations are different, and we believe understanding the situation benefits everyone. Cleaning trauma is delicate yet hard work. Please don’t try to tackle this on your own.

We’re Meticulous

Our experts will determine if the situation is a *Level 1 Exposure or *Level 2 Exposure and follow procedures from there. Cleaning trauma is serious business, and we realize this is a hard time for you. Our goal is to provide complete restoration to the site or area that needs to be cleaned, and we take all steps necessary to ensure proper cleaning, removal, and disposal of all materials.

Level 1 Exposure
Level 1 Exposure
Level 1 Exposure
A site that has been contaminated by a traumatic event but has been discovered before any biological decomposition or odors have developed. Some areas of the site may still be habitable and people may still occupy these areas during restoration. This is considered a more simple cleanup.
Level 2 Exposure
Level 2 Exposure
Level 2 Exposure
A site that has resulted in odor bad enough people cannot inhabit area. The bodily fluids have decomposed and the depth to which they have penetrated contents and environmental surfaces vary widely. This exposure occurs after blood or other infectious material has had time to soak in. This requires more complex cleaning.
