What is the first step of an estate clean out?
First step is to call the office and have us come out for a free estimate. During the estimate we will document the project and discuss with the client how they would like the home and the contents handled. We can be very flexible in how the job is set up and executed. Sometimes we will simply throw everything away. Other times we will work along side someone from the family to sort.
How long does the estate cleaning process take?
The estimate process in general takes 30 minutes to an hour on site and a day or two to put the estimate together. The cleaning can take anywhere from a half day to a week (or longer if needed). Timing is always based on the clients needs and what services we are providing.
